Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering Sely Lashes for your lash extension needs. To ensure the best service experience for all our clients, please review our appointment booking and deposit policy: 1. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to your new appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 3. Exceptions: Exceptions may be made in cases of business closures or emergencies. 4. Agreement: By booking an appointment with Sely Lashes & Head Spa, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of our appointment booking and deposit policy.
