Service Description
This is definitely a client favourite, our signature Lash Lift and Tint! It’s a friendly alternative to eyelash extensions and has been developed specifically for the reason of dramatically enhancing the client’s natural eyelashes. Lash lifts and lash extensions are 2 very distinct treatments as they give totally different results. During the lash and lift process there will not be any lash extensions added to your eyelashes. Once we’ve established that your lashes have been properly lifted and tinted, all we do to give you that fuller image is simply curl your natural eyelashes. The procedure is very relaxing and includes the use of silicon domed shields that are meant to lift the lashes from the root. You may only experience an unusual sensation when we start putting on the shield, but other than that the whole procedure can be looked at as an hour nap.This method is way less tedious and time consuming than the extensions method. This is because the lifting creams used are applied to all lashes simultaneously! This provides the client with a stunning, and uplifted look that people thought was impossible to achieve without a high quality eyelash curler. By the end of this process we’ll have combined the lift and the tint to give you that fabulous image of having longer, thicker eyelashes.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Sely Lashes & Head Spa for your beauty and wellness services. To ensure fairness, availability, and the highest level of service for all clients, please review our booking policy below. 1. Deposit Requirement A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice may have their deposit transferred to a new appointment date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 3. No-Shows Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice ("no-shows") will forfeit their deposit. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving late may have their service shortened, modified, or rescheduled to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Arrivals that prevent sufficient time to complete the scheduled service may be treated as a late cancellation and may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 5. Repeat Late Cancellations & No-Shows A second occurrence of a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-show may result in the client being charged the full cost of the missed appointment. In addition, Sely Lashes & Head Spa reserves the right to require full payment in advance for future appointments and/or decline future bookings at its discretion. 6. Exceptions Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergencies, severe weather conditions, business closures, or other circumstances at the sole discretion of Sely Lashes & Head Spa. 7. Client Agreement By booking an appointment with Sely Lashes & Head Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by this Appointment, Deposit, Cancellation, Late Arrival, and No-Show Policy.
